4-H Ag-Venture Days: Fall Harvest

You are invited to register for the 4-H Ag-Venture Days program, taking place on November 6 and 7, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM at the Somerset County 4-H Center, located at 310 Milltown Road, Bridgewater, NJ. This engaging and interactive program is open to youth in grades 1 through 5 and offers a fun, hands-on exploration of the farm-to-table process while highlighting the importance of agriculture in our everyday lives. Participants will take part in a variety of educational workshops focused on topics such as potatoes, honey, cranberries, corn, dairy products, fall florals, apples, pumpkins, fall-themed agricultural art, community service, and much more. The total registration fee for both days is $90, and 4-H membership is not required to participate. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a permission form to complete. Payment must be made by cash or check (payable to Somerset County 4-H) and either mailed or hand-delivered to the Somerset County 4-H Office by October 27, 2025. Please note that registration will close on October 27. We look forward to welcoming your child for two days of agricultural discovery and learning. Parents are not required to stay for the duration of the program, as we encourage independence and personal growth in our participants. Trained and background-checked 4-H volunteers will be present with the youth throughout the day to provide supervision and support.
